Summary of Macbeth

Macbeth is a story about a brave commmander for Scotland (whose name is Macbeth), who after a long battle gets a strange prophecy from three witches. The witches tell him that he will become king. Macbeth's wife devises a plan to kill the king, and they do it. Macbeth faces the consequences of his actions as he and his wife slowly go insane, and the people who once admired him turn their back on him to save their country.
